Hello Nat,

I have used her services to buy a condo last year in Naperville, and again to sell the same recently. As I was an unexperienced buyer, she trained me on buying possibilities at that time, prepared me several comparison charts (Excel sheets) and found nice apartments to show me. Finally I bought one of them. After losing my job (and moving in with my girl friend) I decided to sell it but not for a loss. She helped me to find the market value, and the break even of the same property. She advertised and finally sold it to an amount above the market value, close to my asking price. I was able to make some on the transaction although the buy and sale actions were less than a year apart. The sale is pending for closing now. She is a tough cookie when it comes to negotiate any matter with the buyers/sellers or their representatives. I would recommend her to any of my friends, either as buyer's or seller's representative, and I would gladly use her services again in case I make another purchase.
