As I was an inexperienced buyer, she trained me on buying possibilities at that time, prepared me several comparison charts (Excel sheets) and found nice apartments to show me. She helped me to find the market value, and the break even of the same property. She advertised and finally sold it to an amount above the market value, close to my asking price.
